This Performance report will be written over a number of years with annual supplements being issued updating the field data. Visual inspections and data collection will be carried out at least twice a year, in the spring and fall, so long as valuable and pertinent information can be attained. Should there be no change in a given section's status a 'no change' report will be issued.

Some of the data collected at the time of construction is included in this report to aid in following the changes occurring in the various sections. The report is laid out with each product being listed in numerical sequence, by station, that it was placed on the roadway. The separation of each product within an annual section will be by insertion of coloured sheets.
